MEET THE FOUNDER

Monica Ledet, MSL | CPM, CSM®, SAFe® Agilist, LSSBB

I didn't start in the boardroom. I started in uniform.

As a U.S. Army veteran, I learned early that leadership isn't a title, it's a daily decision. The discipline, precision, and people-first mindset I developed in service have shaped everything I do as a consultant.

Over 15+ years, I've led programs across some of the most complex environments in the country: the Department of Defense, NATO headquarters in Brussels, a $1.3 billion federal cloud modernization program, and a nationwide Electronic Health Record deployment supporting 700+ military treatment facilities worldwide

I hold a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership and am completing my PhD in Leadership. I'm a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, certified SAFe Scrum Master. But what I'm most proud of is the leaders I've helped develop and the organizations I've helped transform.
