I didn't start in the boardroom. I started in uniform.
As a U.S. Army veteran, I learned early that leadership is not a title; it is a daily decision. The discipline, precision, and people-first mindset I developed in service have shaped everything I do as a consultant, program leader, and founder.
Over 15+ years, I have led and advised programs across some of the most complex environments in the country. I served as a Communications Systems Supervisor at the Pentagon, managing secure telecommunications operations in one of the most sensitive command environments in the world. I have advised at NATO headquarters in Brussels, supported a $1.3 billion federal cloud modernization program, and a nationwide Electronic Health Record deployment supporting 700+ military treatment facilities worldwide.
I have also led numerous primary care clinics through COVID-19 as system pilot sites, standing up vaccine operations, transitioning to virtual care, and personally funding PPE procurement during the national shortage to protect my team. Those clinics achieved 97th percentile patient satisfaction and 92% workforce retention throughout the pandemic.
These are not resume lines. They are outcomes delivered under pressure, at scale, for real organizations with real stakes.
I hold a Master of Science in Transformational Leadership, am completing my PhD in Leadership Studies at the University of the Cumberlands, and hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, SAFe Scrum Master, and Certified Project Manager certification. I am also a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.
